Great fish sandwich black owned

The best shrimp po boy in the 7 cities area. They always pack it full of shrimp and the sauce they use on it is delightful. I usually get the shrimp basket to go along with it and never leave unhappy.

Friendly atmosphere and employees. The flounder was seasoned perfectly and light and so tasty. The banana pudding was home made and to die for. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent food and customer service. Didn't take long to get our food at all. The fried okra was so fresh tasting. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating.

The food was good. There is a young man running the register and taking orders, he was so polite and helpful. He stayed busy helping out with all he could. I wish I had gotten his name. Thank you young man, you are doing a fine job.

One of the few favorite in Hampton Roads best poor boys anywhere...wish we have one in Crestview, Florida...hint...hint

This establishment is very well kept, the staff is kind, military discount is offered, other patrons we're socializing with me while I waited for my order,the wait time for a fresh sandwich was less than 15 minutes, and it was well worth the wait. There fish sandwich is by far the biggest fish sandwich I've ever come in counter with a d love every bite of it!An absolute great place to patronize again!

First time trying the Hampton location. The crab and shrimp po boy were phenomenal as expected. We were not disappointed. Amazing as always and only like skrimp shack can do!!!

Seafood selection was good. I got clam strips w/ fries. The food was hot, wanted fresh squeezed lemons but was offered lemon juice packet...no thank you. Had to pay .25 cents for a packet of cocktail sauce and for that they only received 4 stars. They didn't feel cocktail sauce was a proper condiment with clam strips. Otherwise the food was good!

Quick service. The staff wasn't impolite. The food was good.The only issue I had was with the undevined shrimp.

She actively listened to my concerns and provided a resolution that matches the service, food, and the raves about the dining experience at Skrimp Shack.I also tip my hat to the kindness and professionalism of Karl and his team!!

Always love their shrimp, alone or on a PoBoy. Fish is fresh and never disappointing. That house made cocktail sauce is wonderful.

Today was the first time I ate at this place and the cashier recommended shrimp & crab meat Po' Boy. So I got it spicey. I don't know what they put in the sauce but it doesn't matter because I enjoyed it. I'll be back to try their baskets since I enjoy seafood and will get some of the sauce with it. This will be my go to place for lunch after my VA appointments.

Congratulations, you have found a great seafood restaurant. Now stop looking at listings and go. You won't be sorry...or hungry.

Have never had a bad experience here. Food is awesome and the staff is very professional. I recommend the fish or shrimp tacos with the mild po'boy sauce and sweet potato fries. But everything I've got here has been great.

Delicious shrimp tacos with mango. So large I can barely close it. Great price for the amount. Can’t wait to try something else soon.

This place use to be one of the best seafood places in Newport News and Hampton, since they've franchised the quality of the food has gone down and the employees need to learn proper etiquette, please and thank you goes a long way.

The shrimp is flavorful and delicious. Great menu choices. Good service and convenient location.
